Can not add supplies and reminder to existing repair record

Description
It is only possible to add supplies / parts and reminders to new repairs (input mask new repair).
If you like to add parts / supplies after creating a repair, the 2 options for supply and reminder are missing.
If you choose supplies, the price per unit is shown with 3 decimal numbers behind the comma
The supply requisition history shows old descriptions after editing repair description.
