add a link to a portal page of all dapp/service of harmony

staking dashboard and explorer are the most commonly used website with many unique visitors every day.
We need to add a link to a portal page, linking all the dApp/services provided by Harmony, like all the dex, NFT market, etc. SO that user can easily navigate to all the official websites.
This link can be added to both staking dashboard and explorer website.
Community already built a website with the list of app and services. Maybe we can just link to it.

The challenge is the website is a bit outdated.
@LeoHChen @BrunoMarshall question, wouldn't it be better to link the Dapps to our official docs instead? https://docs.harmony.one/home/general/dapps
Advantage of this is that anyone can pull a change request to add or remove any dapp via Github easily. In the future we will have Dapp radar, so we would not need this on the docs anymore.
Closing this issue as the implementation has been done.
Later on we can maybe link this to DappRadar once we have it.
