Harmony Staked Coins Locked more than 11 months on mycointanier.com

Dear All,

With a bunch of other Harmony coin stakers, our Staked Harmony coins are locked
for nearly a year now on Mycointainer.com. We cannot withdraw the coins because
all staked Harmony assets have been frozen by mycointainer.com since last June.

For a year now they keep telling us to wait because they are working on a solution,
but most of the affected user think that its a rug pull. Their customer support keep
saying that they are waiting for the final update from the Harmony team, but the
Harmony team confirmed multiple times that they have not been asked by them about this issue.

Does anybody have any idea what can be done?

Thanks

I'm going to sue them. You can look up lawyers at the US consulate website for Estonia. These people are cocksuckers. The reason they are not giving us our money back is becuase they are involsvent. They allow/allowed people to double/triple withdraw assets... there is/was a glitch where if you went back in after your withdraw was complete, the system didn't update and you could keep withdrawing the same asset over and over again. Eventually the system caught up, but how many people were able to scam out their funds multiple times...

It's now been 27 months since mycointainer has lost our 5Million+ Harmony One tokens. They say they are waiting on Harmony One team to investigate. The custodial service is ultimately responsible when tokens go missing. Mycointainer is a licensed financial services company that earns profit from exchange fees and charges membership dues. Crypto dot com made good when tokens went missing.

I have seen multiple Harmony One token holders of Mycointainer service comment that they have talked to Harmony One dev team about this. Dev team says there is no open dialog on this issue with mycointainer. There is multiple discussions on talk harmony one about validator node issues with mycointainer. In one such discussion there was an 8 month period that there was not a selected validator for the 5million+ Harmony One tokens. Another discussion was about that mycointainer was set at a 3% fee instead of 5% effectively locking the valiadtion of harmony one tokens from staking. Someone posted on the company blog that this was the last address used before they locked up all our harmony one tokens one1tcwzuqclmfdl2zvgaznupyk809kxlx43kulssk
