Create an Eclipse plugin

The plugin should allow convenient Traute configuration which makes the code compiled from the IDE to behave in the same way like when it's compiled from the command line/gradle/maven.

Ideally, we'd like to automatically import plugin settings from the corresponding gradle/maven configuration.
