Allow switching between Chromium channels?

At the moment, Scoop instructs Playwright to use the Chromium driver, on the chromium channel.
It could be interesting to allow for switching between the chromium and chrome channels to enable access to Chrome-specific features but:
- This breaks isolation
- This makes install a bit more complex
