Robust MPC Protocols

Since StoffelMPC's main use case lies within building blockchain applications, we are only considering MPC protocols that favor robustness as previously discussed. The point of this issue is to keep track of MPC protocols (and subprotocols) that we should consider for integration into StoffelMPC.
