Hashscan doesn't show actual value for Receiver Sig. Required

Description
In the local Hashscan, within the account info section, several fields are displayed. One of these fields, Receiver Sig. Required, does not show the correct data for the account.
Steps to reproduce
- Create or identify an account with receiver_sig_required set to true.
- Open Hashscan and navigate to the account's details page.
