Update dependencies of the snap

Problem

Currently, we're still using very old version of metamask snap sdk.

Solution

We need to upgrade to use the latest dependencies and also remove the unnecessary dependencies at the same time. Also, remove the manual way of using webpack. Rather, use metamask snap default way.,
