Update home page of the snap

Problem
Currently, the home page only displays some texts about the snap but it's not really interactive.
Solution
- View Hbar balance in Hbar and USD
- View account id and evm address and let users copy them
- Export private key feature
- Send hbar
- Put a link to pulse.tuum.tech and docs.tuum.tech
