Problem

TheGraph Node already exposes metrics, we need to create a dashboard on Grafana that we can use to monitor the health of the nodes.

Solution

Verify that metrics are being consumed by prometheus and exposed to Grafana
Create some dashboards the help with a fast visualization of the nodes health

We already implemented 2 Dashboards for the deployments of Hedera-The-Graph
