DNS functionality failing

In #222, I had to disable the DNS checks in some of the automated tests. My best guess is that they are failing due to hashicorp/terraform-aws-consul#155, but I'm too overloaded at the moment to dig in and find out exactly. Filing this bug to track this issue. If anyone else has time to sort this out, a PR is very welcome.
