Unusable repo due to hashicorp/template dependency

Hello,

This repository is unusable on an M1 macOS, since it has dependencies for hashicorp/template provider, which not only is it deprecated, but it also doesn't offer arm64 build.

Please update the repository and remove any deprecated dependencies.
