Update copyright to 2019, keep Intridea

Copyright on Hashie is currently Copyright (c) 2009 Intridea, Inc., and Contributors. We are going to change it to Copyright (c) 2009-2019 Intridea, Inc., and Contributors. As maintainers we don't feel we can remove the company that sponsored the project creation, so even though Intridea hasn't been involved in years we are leaving it here.

IANAL, but wanted to open this in case someone has objections or comments or suggestions.

As long as we keep the original 2009, I don't mind if we update it.

I also believe leaving Intridea, Inc as the copyright holder is the correct thing to do, but I am also not a lawyer 😅
