Which exactly packages are considered default?

I cannot find this information anywhere on the Internet.

I guess the packages that are listed in https://downloads.haskell.org/ghc/latest/docs/libraries/index.html

I couldn't either; that list looks right. Or, whatever packages are listed in GHC's package db directory when you run ghc-pkg list.
