Here, the link leads to https://www.haskell.org/downloads/#ghcup (which doesn't do anything), while I assume it should lead to https://www.haskell.org/ghcup/.

Thanks! I put up a PR that links to the "Installation instructions" section, and then users can get to the GHCUp web site from there.
