Will require Debian support for ghc 8.10.5 https://downloads.haskell.org/debian/

See haskell-CI/haskell-ci#521: 8.10.5 was added to haskell-ci, but it hasn't been packaged on hvr-ppa yet, so cannot be used.

Thanks for the heads up @andreasabel . I think as well I'd probably wait until 8.10.6 before adding 8.10.5 as 8.10.5 seems to have a few issues.
