HUE app says mandatory update required

Description

Just installed 0.3.0, successfully running on 80/443.

I installed the iPhone Hue App

The HUE app sees it and is able to pair, but immediately after pairing, the app says,
"Connected to your Hue Bridge Continue"

Then
"Update Hue Bridge
There is a mandatory update available for your Hue Bridge. You can use the system again after the update."

There does not appear to be a way to skip this.
The only options are 'Release notes' and 'Update now'.

Release notes are dated March 30, 2023, Software version 1957113050

Any suggestions??

Expected behavior

I expected it to pair and be usable.

Reproduction steps

Unpair app, uninstall, reinstall, pair.
