Can't install plugin when version is specified

Problem/Motivation

I wanted to use simpod-json-datasource v0.4.2 because the latest version requires Grafana 9 and my stuff doesn't run properly anymore.

Expected behavior

It should be possible to install a plugin with a specific version.

Actual behavior

I specified the version number after the plugin name:

This doesn't work, though: it installs simpod-json-datasource and it tries to install another plugin called "0.4.2" which obviously fails:

There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently, so we clean up some of the older and inactive issues.
