Immediate crash with "s6-rc-oneshot-run: fatal: unable to exec �3"

My Setup
I am running Home Assistant OS under Virtualbox on a windows machine. The versions are
influxdb AddOn: 4.5.0
Home Assistant 2023.2.2
Supervisor 2023.01.1
Operating System 9.5
Frontend 20230202.0 - latest
Problem
The addon does not start. It crashes a second after pressing the start button in the web UI.
The log says:
