Certs not auto-renewing

Problem/Motivation
Auto-renew has never seemed to work for me. A manual renew works fine. And I can add new certs.
Expected behavior
Certs to be renewed automatically.
Actual behavior
Nothing.
Steps to reproduce
Create a cert. Wait til it expires.
