DNS does not update after HA GUI change

Problem/Motivation
Changes to the HA GUI DNS do not update in the addon
Expected behavior
That when you change DNS in Home Home Assistant that it will change in the add on
Actual behavior
You need to uninstall the add on to change DNS
Steps to reproduce
Change DNS in the HA GUI (or CLI, its the same)
Proposed changes
The container update DNS at each restart?
