"Private DNS" issue on Android (possible README update)

Problem/Motivation
Had significant issues with getting access to Hass.io from Android companion with stealth enabled.
Expected behavior
After proving service was running on desktop tor instances, configured Orbot with the client cookie, should have been finished.
Actual behavior
Was not able to connect. Enabled VPN mode, still nothing. Three hours of googling found the issue (Android "Private DNS" setting)

Proposed changes
Modify readme with some/all of the following information:
- May have to disable Private DNS in Android settings. This was what ultimately fixed it for me.
- How to actually install cookies in Orbot (e.g. Menu -> Onion Services -> Client Cookies). Might be self evident, but I was attempting to edit the torrc file in the Advanced section of settings (may have actually worked, haven't tested since changing the Private DNS setting).
- VPN mode may actually be required, not just an extra to allow apps like Tasker to talk back for Hass.io.
Admittedly small changes, but you might save a few people hours of confusion.
There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently, so we clean up some of the older and inactive issues.
