web interface stuck at UniFi Network Application is starting up...

Running on win11 in virtual box
when trying to open web interface just get " UniFi Network Application is starting up... Please wait a moment" and it never loads. Unifi integration fails to setup. This was working fine for me for a long time. I can't say if it started at the same time i went to 2024.4.x but it seems to have

ended up reinstalling and it's working.
