the z-wave GE motion sensor is showing unavaiable on my dashboard but showing online in wave js gui

I am not sure why it is happening. I have both zwave js and zwave js gui installed.
I tried to uninstall zwave js but it got installed again for some reason.
I wonder if I need to find right device from zwave js gui for my dashboard.
Problem/Motivation
sometimes both showing online.
as I did tests. I stopped the zwave js gui and it showed online on my dashboard.
Expected behavior
it should show "Clear" on my dashboard.

Actual behavior
it show unavailable on dashboard.

rebooting after updates.

You can't use both add-ons at the same time.
There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently, so we clean up some of the older and inactive issues.
