FS: Template Editing Page

• Create a templates model that lets us make a master template
• A page where you can see all past templates in a chart and you can select one of them to edit the master template (https://help.persistiq.com/en/articles/1259208-how-do-i-edit-templates)
• In persistIQ, templates have a master, and then you can modify their children - in the future, you will be able to select a master template in the steps dialog
• Look into reusing some of the code from the Prospects table, and refactoring some of that code is it's more reusable
