Allow flagging of thumbnails in ranking round

In a ranking round there should be some way of flagging or otherwise temporarily keeping track of images while flicking through and/or dragging them. We were asked in Wiki Loves Africa to choose the top 10 images out of 67, and the only way of doing that was laboriously to drag the images one by one up through several non-scrolling screens. It would have been much easier to do a first pass to flag a tentative selection of the best files, then sort to bring all the flagged files to the top, and finally to drag and drop those to their final positions
