Files as such https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:What_is_this_%3F_co_to_jest_%3F.jpg cannot be opened because the link does not read the code"%3F" but remains "?", so it opens https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:What_is_this_?_co_to_jest_?.jpg
The file https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Kompozyt_polietylenu_o_niskiej_g%C4%99sto%C5%9Bci_z_5%25_dodatkiem_nanostrukturalnego_haloizytu.tif also does not open.
