Deadline issue

When I want to set up a deadline for jurors and click on "Voting Deadline" the calendar appearing shows the year 2044. I've to scroll up until 2018.
I use the tool with Chrome on a Mac and a Dell with Ubuntu.

@yarl I think it would be handy to have the default deadline be one week from present, and let the user adjust it as needed.

Confirm this bug in Chrome regardless of the operation system. Firefox works just fine.
