Add labels to issue through array/list in editor

I.e. could be used such as the following:

This will be the issue title (bug, enhancement, feature, idea)

This will be the issue body, and the list in paranthesis above will be the different labels for this issue.

Development order; #26, then this since it makes sense to write an issue, and later identify labels for it.
