Expected Behavior
Most test suites should succeed.
Actual Behavior
Most test suites fail because package docker-ce-cli is not found which was introduced in Docker CE 18.09
Steps to Reproduce
Run automate for Ubuntu 17.10
cd tests/
FORCE_TEST=1 ./test.sh t_ ubuntu1710
