Docker CE package fails to install on CentOS 8

Version Information
Ansible: 2.8.6
Role: 2.6.1
Steps to Reproduce
Simplest possible, just using the role as is.
Expected Behavior
Install and configuration succeeded.
Actual Behavior
Failed during install of docker-ce package due to dependency issues.

Tried to install using Ansible 2.6.19 but the bumps into other issues as well.
