Replying makes comments temporarily global!

Replying makes comments temporarily global! When refresh the comment will go away when it's not part of my section.
Example: userA in Section1 will see a comment from Section2 if anyone replies at the time the user is logged in. When userA refreshes the page, the comment will be gone! Even if userA reply, likes or bookmarks that comment.
