Do we need a repo for every cloud provider integration? Why not bundle them in a single module?

Wouldn't you be adding more unnecessary code and dependencies if you bundled all vendor specific plugins into one module?
If you only need Aws you shouldn't have to pull azure depdendencies in your build...
