Describe the bug
With specified abblock fliter, and on some specified website, it's normal to load a page for the first time, but impossible to open the same page again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add EasyList China adblock fliter: 'https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/easylistchina.txt'
  2. Go to 'https://i.jandan.net/' for example
  3. open some random page
  4. Go to 'https://i.jandan.net/' again
