Long Press Settings Custom Menu Actions list is Invisible/Blank

Describe the bug
For all: Operation Settings --> Long Press Settings --> Choose Any (eg. Link) --> Configuration gear icon for "Show custom menu"
The list of menu actions is invisible. If you tap on the area where an action would be listed, it actually selects something so it's just a case where it's invisible on the UI even though it's there.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on: Operation Settings
3. Click on: Long press settings
4. Click on: Link
5. Click on the configuration gear icon for: Show custom menu

Under "Select menu" it's completely blank with no menu actions listed. Tapping on where the first item would be listed, it selects something even though you can't see it.

Expected behavior
A list of all the menu actions are shown
