Make subjects clickable

As a user I want to click on a subject in a collection view and get a result list with all other resources having this subject.

Please also remove the "Teil von http://digitalisiertedrucke.de/collections" information and instead initiate a type=collections search when clicking on "Publikationstyp: Sammlung".
