Update/make the logo bigger

The current logo is a bit small and the "AlgoViz" part of the logo is not very legible.
We could allocate more space in the top header for the logo and just make the logo itself larger, or we could redesign the logo so that "AlgoViz" is larger within the logo. We can use Figma to brainstorm new logo ideas.
