Could we offer an alternative docker-compose.yaml that uses the trusted prebuild images from docker hub? Building it all oneself takes forever (possibly because of my relatively slow connection) and seems to use up a lot of my monthly quota in the process. I think people elsewhere will have similar issues.
IMHO a decent internet connection is crucial, because you have to download the blockchain anyway. Also building from scratch ensures you have the newest (=> most bugfixed) version.
We could provide an alternative docker-compose.yaml but I think the current one should be the default.
