flex 2.6.4 release can no longer be accessed from https://github.com/westes/flex/files/981163/flex-2.6.4.tar.gz

However, the URL provided at the end of https://github.com/westes/flex/releases/tag/v2.6.4 still works
https://github.com/westes/flex/releases/download/v2.6.4/flex-2.6.4.tar.gz
