Add twitter timeline to front page

Realizing today I think I missed a big one in our original scope. Twitter is perhaps our most utilized channel of communication. Might be a pretty good idea to mock up feeds on the front page.

I'm looking at this. Was going to use the twitter widgets unless someone has a better solution.
