Add Yerushalmi Yomi calendar

Is there a possibility of creating a daf Yomi yerushalmi subscription calendar for the new cycle that just began?
The 11th cycle of Yerushalmi Yomi began on Nov 14, 2022 / 20 Cheshvan 5783.
Looks like we don't have a daf on Yom Kippur and Tish'a B'Av but otherwise similar in cycle structure to the Bavli
