Sedra.parshiot for the next year return duplicate for 4 Parashot - error in leap year

The parshiot 'Vayikra,'Tzav,'Shmini','Tazria' are duplicate
I get the same Parasha for this year and next year:
new Hebcal.HDate(16,13,5779).getSedra()
new Hebcal.HDate(10,1,5780).getSedra()

It is ok - it was my issue the year is from 7 Tishrei
Adar 2 is 13 and after is the same year with month 1
