Move ESN Card purchase to the profile

We do weekly office hours, so we create weekly ESN Card Events. This leads to problems when trying to find the payment of the user.

It would be great to have a button in the profile to purchase the ESN Card, this would then also Enable the ESN Card override for a year starting from the date of payment.

The only Issue I see with that is that not all tutors may have access to the list of users, to check the user's ESN Card status. Correct me if I'm wrong.

This was implemented with a note in the checkin screen as well
