png files are not shipped by the project.

FogBlur and FogComposite depends on the presence of babelfish.png and
kweather.png. Those files should be shipped with the project.

Hi,
sorry, I can't ship any graphics with the project because of their license. I'd
like to stay with the MIT license for the complete Fog-Framework distribution.
Instead of shipping with png images I'd like to ship with some svg files in the
future.

This is fixed by using png files as resources.
