Your feature in two sentences
We'd like to make sure the app compiles before going throught the whole distrubution process. Same goes for the backend.
Description
Our GHA should check that everything builds and that unit tests pass before distributing the app.
Deliverable
- GHA will run the unit tests and check that we can build the app before continuing with the normal workflow.
