document-dir not stored

The document dir path is only saved to ~/Library/Application Support/global-store.json if global settings are changed once (choosing the same document dir in Settings/global sets the corresponding key) otherwise probably a default value on ~/Documents/Actual/ is used.

However, importer.js does not catch any budgets and the whole application crashes on the first startup and renders the complete UI with moustache gibberish.
