org.apache.harmony.xml error when using downloader to download file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Assemble the Downloader application/project in eclipse.
2. Provide the Url for a file to download in the download.config file src tag.
3. Launch application on AVD.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Download the file and get a success message. Instead I see an alert dialog
whis reads "Dowload Stopped. org.apache.harmony.xml.
ExPatParser$ParseException: at line 3, column 4: mismatched tag."
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Please provide any additional information below.

Couldn't find local config. how to solve this. Any help please.
