Build failed when deploying GitHub pages

Hello I have followed the guide here: https://jekyllrb.com/docs/continuous-integration/github-actions/ but it seems to fail every time when it reaches jekyll-action
:
Downloading addressable-2.7.0 revealed dependencies not in the API or the
lockfile (public_suffix (< 5.0, >= 2.0.2)).
Either installing with `--full-index` or running `bundle update addressable

Just remove your Gemfile.lock
file.
