Cannot assert location to Bobcat 300

I had a miner that was on the denylist, I moved it to a new location because that was the issue, I am trying to assert location, I have all the money needed for new location assert, when I press assert I can see the location and when I want to confirm, the wheel just keeps on spinning for unlimited amount of time and its not doing anything, its like its frozen, assistance is needed asap, thanks

bro.. just give up now.. i've been trying to get my bobcat online for 2 years!! 2 f'ing years, and i'm a systems admin.. its not like i dont know what i'm doing.. been doing IT for over 30 years. this helium/bobcat miner bs is a scam bro. $10 today to assert location, meaning, for them to update an address in a DB that costs NOTHING to do..
