[FEAT] Switch from pageRouter to appRouter Next JS 13

I thought of shifting the app from pageRouter to appRouter. It will still be Open Source, let's start working on it together.

H @hellofaizan, it seems theres a very low version of next-ui that is being used on this project and its not supported by the server component based nature of the next 13+, Ive tried bumping it but it seems alot of imports are no longer valid.
For that reason I have created this project from scratch in
